Return Policy

Should the product arrive in pristine condition, free from any structural flaws, and conform to standard specifications (including color, size, and features), yet the customer decides against keeping it, a refund will be issued at the original purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee. The customer is obligated to cover the cost of return shipping to Total Strength and Speed, ensuring the product is appropriately packaged and all transportation expenses are paid, to qualify for a refund. The product must be returned to Total Strength and Speed in a condition suitable for remarket before a refund is processed.

In the case where the product is delivered in optimal condition, without any structural issues, but is made-to-order (customized in terms of color, size, or any other specification diverging from our standard product offerings) and the customer chooses not to keep it, no refund will be issued. Custom products are specifically tailored to meet the requirements/preferences of an individual or organization. Such products are not readily available for remarket and therefore are not eligible for refund unless an exception is made at the discretion of Total Strength and Speed.

For both standard and custom products, if the item has been used, exhibits no immediate defects or latent defects covered by their respective warranty period, and the customer decides they no longer want it, no refund will be granted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via the Help Center or call +1 (866) 867-0309. Please ensure your shipping label includes the following information if applicable, unless instructed otherwise:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and any outstanding balances are settled, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for the completion of this process. Any applicable 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. You will be notified by either email or phone once your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please reach out to us to arrange a refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for such items. We also reserve the right to waive any fee on a per-order basis in exceptional cases.
