Return Policy

Items may be returned up to 7 days after delivery for a full refund. Returns made beyond this period will incur a 25% restocking fee. Except in cases of defective or damaged products, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via the Help Center or call +1 (866) 867-0309 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. Upon obtaining an RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging, if available, and ensure your shipping label includes the following information:

  • Attn: Returns
  • RMA #

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for the completion of this process. Any applicable 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please reach out to us to arrange a refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for such items. We also reserve the right to waive the restocking fee on a per-order basis for exceptional cases.
