Return Process

To return an item, please contact customer service via the Help Center or call +1 (866) 867-0309 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging if possible, and ensure your shipping label includes the following information:

  • Attn: Returns
  • RMA #

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
